This business gave an extremely rude and unprofessional response to a inquiry seeking their services.

We had the best experience beginning with help from John on logistics, planning, and pricing. During the party we had excellent service from Tom and Dave from start to finish, who went out of their way to accommodate any request. Our guests were well taken care of and all were impressed:)

So tried to hire this company and was told that "it's sounds like you are going to be a difficult client, and I just rather not get involved." All because I said, the bar is not going to be opened until after dinner. WTH. It's mine wedding and I'm paying, so if I want the bar closed till after dinner, that's what I want. I'm a nice person and a Christian. I know what I want and the bar is for my husband's people and a couple other people. They already know the rules and my guest are fine with it. That does not make me a difficult person. Wow.

John Piro always delivers - he has assisted me with several large family get togethers, most recently a Gender Reveal Party. The staff who arrived were very professional and went to work right away helping set up our tent, tables, chairs and tables. Then moved on to getting all the horsd'oeuvres in place on the tables, and as the food arrived from the caterer they displayed everything very nicely on the tables and put all the drinks in coolers with ice and as guests arrived served them with efficiency. It was clear they had done this many times before. I appreciated that they wore masks and were considerate to clean up the kitchen prior to leaving. Thank you Manny and Chef Janet!!

John & his team have helped us with 2 major parties at our home 2 years in a row.
We were so pleased with the entire operation! We were able to speak with the chef that would prepare the food to customize our selections. The servers are kind , friendly and wonderful.
We turned our kitchen over to them & they made it all happen effortlessly! When they left after the party, everything was cleaned up and the leftovers packed up and in my fridge! John even returned the next day and helped me fold up the chairs that the rental company was coming to pick up, He is a consummate professional who goes the extra mile for his clients. Our parties were fun and stress-free thanks to Cheers! Hire them, you 'll be glad you did!

I used Cheers for the first time this holiday season and was 100% thrilled with the assistance and service that was provided. I will definitely be coming back to them for future staffing needs. We were only in need of one helper to assist with serving and cleaning up during our Thanksgiving meal. I was grateful that they were able to find someone for us on such short notice. Our helper was attentive, warm, respectful and diligent in his work. Excellent business!
